Bob Rosenberg

Robert Rosenberg is the Chief Mentor of Insight Research. Bob founded Insight Research in 1990.

Bob is a veteran of over three decades in the areas of telecommunications and data communications. Prior to forming Insight, Bob was a senior consultant with the Eastern Management Group. He was also senior computer editor at Data Communications magazine and served as editor on the staff of Electronics magazine where he was responsible for all the telecommunications coverage. Bob won several journalistic awards, including the McGraw Hill Award for Editorial Excellence and has written about telecommunications for the Encyclopedia Britannica. Bob has also been a consultant to the Northrop Aircraft Corp. and Ford Aerospace.

Bob attended the M.S. Program in telecommunications, College of Electrical Engineering, at the University of Colorado. He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.A. from the Claremont College.

Kaustubha Parkhi

Kaustubha Parkhi is Principal Analyst with Insight Research. Kaustubha is spearheading Insight's coverage and manages the research agenda.

Over the past fourteen years, Kaustubha has conducted market research and consulting assignments for a wide array of telecommunications, Electronics and industrial engineering technologies including, Compound Semiconductors, DRM, Handset Input Interfaces, Hydraulics, Interconnects, M2M Communications, Managed Services, Mashups, Medical Electronics Nanotechnology in Mobile Devices, NFV, Optical Fiber Technologies, OSS-BSS, Pneumatics, PCB, SDN, SDR, SSD, Semiconductor Packaging, Transparent Electronics and UC among other areas. He has authored multiple market research reports and worked on Custom-consulting assignments. Kaustubha has close to nineteen years of work experience in areas of pre-sales, product management, network operations, technology documentation and business development; apart from market research.

Kaustubha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Master of Management Studies (equivalent of M.B.A) degree in Systems.

Shalini Ramamurthy

Shalini Ramamurthy is Senior Analyst with Insight Research.

Shalini has extensive experience analyzing and evaluating advanced information technology, including telecommunications and optical networks. She holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Kumaraguru College of Technology in Coimbatore, India, as well as a Master’s of Science degree in Telecommunications and Software Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Dr. Pasupathy S Alagirisamy

Dr. Pasupathy S Alagirisamy is Consulting Expert with Insight Research.

Pasupathy is a distinguished academician and entrepreneur. He is presently the Head of Electronics and Communications Engineering and the Center for AI and Robotics at the Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. He is also a visiting Professor at Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Kolkata. He has worked in the areas of AI, Robotics, Electronics, Instrumentation, Acoustics and Mechatronics. He holds Ph.D. in Bio Mimetics/Mechanical Engineering from The University of Reading, UK; MTech in Mechatronics from Vellore Institute of Technology, India; and BE in Electronics and Instrumentation from National Engineering College, India.
